Refund policy

If in any doubt about a colour or texture of a fabric on ordering, please request a complimentary fabric swatch.

Please be rest assured that Isobella personally checks each order thoroughly before despatch for quality purposes.

We despatch orders as soon as possible and use a Royal Mail, Next Day Tracked and Signed For service for the UK only.

Regarding international deliveries, we will quote postage costs accordingly.

Should in the rare event you receive a product that is not satisfactory, please notify us immediately at isobellarae@outlook.com with a photograph and description.

We will issue a refund on receipt of the returned item providing it is received with 14 days of the despatch date and in its original packaging. The return postage will be at your cost.

Once you have received confirmation of your order, changes to or cancellation of your order can only be made by contacting us via email. Changes made to your order after the original confirmation may delay your order. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible.

If you cancel an order, any delivery charges paid by you will be refunded in full, unless we have dispatched or delivered the goods before you cancel, in which case they will not be refunded until the goods are returned and received by us.

On any returned items we suggest you use tracked parcel shipping service. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
